Q. What are the check in/out times?
A. Check-in not before 4 pm on the day of arrival. You will be required to check out by 10 am on the day of your departure.

Q. What are the rental periods?
A. You may arrive on any day for the 7 nights (Race week is strictly Saturday to Saturday)

Q. How do I book/ reserve a property?
A. To secure a property we require a €200 booking deposit, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. For any client booking within 6 weeks of their arrival date, payment must be made in full.  Prior to arrival you must pay a security / damage deposit of €150.  This will be refunded to you 14 days following your departure.

Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Pets are not permitted in any holiday home.  Exception is made for guide dogs.

Q. Are the properties wheelchair accessible?
A. Yes, a number of properties are wheelchair accessible. Please enquire for availability.

Q. Can you accept Visa/ MasterCard?
A. Yes, we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard.  Payment with this method is subject to an additional banking fee of 1.75% by the client.  Cash or cheque drawn from an Irish Bank (with guarantee card) are also accepted.  Euro Cheques or Bank Drafts in Euro are also accepted but are subject to a commission from the bank.

Q. Is information provided inside the holiday home?
A. Each house/apartment has a visitor’s information book, which helps with local telephone numbers and a list of “Things to do – Places to visit”.

Q. How far are the local shop, pub, and restaurant?
A. There is a restaurant onsite, shop, launderette and tennis court (rackets provided) on site. The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday, closed on Sundays. There is also a pub five minutes walk from the complex.

Q. Is there a public swimming pool nearby?
A. Yes, the Kingfisher Club is only a ten-minute walk away. Information on public pool hours is available in the “Things to do – Places to visit” information book.

Q. Where do I pick up the keys?
A. Arrangements will be made with you when you book your accommodation.

Q. Are the towels and linen supplied?

A. Yes, but you must supply your own beach towels.

Q. How does the Electricity Charges work?
A. Electricity Charged at €15 per week to be paid on arrival.

Q. Tennis Court - Tennis Rackets & Balls?

A. The use of the Tennis Court is free to all residents and guests.  Tennis Rackets provided.

Q. Can I stay for 2-3 days or is it weekly letting only?

A.  Minimum 2 day stay.  Maximum 7 days or more.
